About the role
We're hiring seasonal event operations associates to support our team through our busiest team. In this role, you will work as part of our on-site event operations team to ensure guests’ experience getting into events is a breeze. A lot of work goes on behind the scenes to make that happen, and you will drive those processes.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with assigned users and internal stakeholders to develop plans to best leverage Tix's products to meet their event needs.
- Analyse each event's needs and translate this to the pre-event prep and technical event setup.
- Upsell Tix's suite of products to your portfolio of accounts.
- Drive pre-event prep, including creating staff schedules, ordering supplies, booking accommodation, assessing device requirements, and performing event location recce.
- Lead on-site staff and manage on-site ticketing operations at all Tix events to ensure all ticketing operations are seamless.
- Troubleshoot any escalated issues that arise at events.
- Analyse events’ success and prepare reports on users’ requests, feedback, complaints, and frequently asked questions for internal teams so we can continue to support Tix users better and build for their needs.
