About the role
We're looking for a senior software engineer to lead our engineering team. You will work with the company leadership to ensure that our technological resources meet the company's short and long-term needs.
Minimum requirements
- Proven experience as a full-stack developer
- At least four years of experience in shipping production code
- Extensive experience with selected programming languages - Ruby on Rails, NodeJS
- In-depth knowledge of the web and server-side/API development; HTTP, REST
- In-depth knowledge of relational databases GraphQL, Postgres
- Experience using system monitoring tools (e.g. New Relic, Honeybadger) and automated testing frameworks
- Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- An open mind, willingness to learn, and a strong commitment to continuous self-improvement
